One new magician in the business is called Zen Life Naturals. The Florida-based company established its online presence earlier this year. To help you decide if you can trust the company, I’ve collected as much information about it as possible.
Before making a reckless decision and throwing your money on a company that doesn’t deserve it, read on to find out about products, pricing, the exciting loyalty program, and more at Zen Life Naturals. You’ll thank me once you’re done with the article.
Products
Zen Life Naturals offers not only kratom, but kava powder, zen accessories, and soon-to-come CBD products too.
You’ll find all major kratom strains at the company. The company divides kratom according to the location it’s grown in. So, the categories are Bali, Borneo, Malay, Thai, and Maeng Da. Within each category, you’ll find all color strains — red, white, green, and yellow. Therefore, the company’s kratom collection is extensive.
Most kratom products are available as powder only. Only red, green, and white Maeng Da kratom comes in the capsule form too.
Unfortunately, leaves, crushed leaves, and kratom extracts are not available. But hey, you get capsules (although with a limited variety). Capsules are an amazing way to take kratom because they save time and effort while you enrich your life.
The company also offers kratom blends. Blends combine different strains and provide users with a mix of effects. They can be used to tone down certain effects and tone up others.
The three blends available at the company are Zen, Zenergy, and Zen Chill blends. You can try samples of each blend for $2 only. I think this is a great opportunity if you’re looking for something different.
Then, the company calls its variety pack Mix N Match Kilo Pack. The pack costs $120 and you can combine 250 grams of any four kratom types to generate the kilo pack. This is a great way to test alternative kratom strains.
If you’re a beginner, you can buy this first and see which strain works for you. And if you’re an experienced user, you can use this pack to find a new strain for yourself.

Product Safety
The variety of products at Zen Life Naturals is great. But are the products safe? The company is not verified by the American Kratom Association’s Good Manufacturing Practice program.
So we don’t know if they use standard manufacturing processes to ensure product safety and efficacy.
However, the company says it lab-tests its products. But I couldn’t find lab test results on the website which some kratom vendors upload regularly.
Please keep in mind that Zen Life Naturals established its online presence only recently — at the beginning of 2020. Therefore, it’s a relatively new company and may take steps in the future to make sure customers can trust its products. For now, however, you’ll have to take its word.
What Do Customers Think About The Vendor?
Zen Life Naturals can be found on more social platforms than most kratom companies. You’ll find its presence on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Tumblr, Instagram, and Pinterest. And communities on these platforms (except Youtube) are quite active. At least more active than those of most other kratom vendors.
The company is rated 5/5 on both Facebook and Google Reviews. However, the rating is based on only 6 reviews on Facebook and 3 on Google. But given that the company’s online presence is recent, I think we can expect great product quality from it.
All Facebook reviews are quite detailed and positive. I suggest you go and read them. You can also contact existing customers to get a genuine opinion about the company. But overall, we’ll stay optimistic and expect great quality.
Pricing At Zen Life Naturals Kratom
Kratom at Zen Life Naturals is very economical. The vendor is cheap compared to other companies. For example, 100 grams of red Maeng Da powder sells for $49.99 at PurKratom and $31.39 at Phytoextractum. At Zen Life Naturals, you can get the same product for $25 only.
But low price doesn’t mean low quality. PurKratom and Phytoextractum are established giants and are AKA GMP verified. Their product price might have to do more with these facts than with their product quality.
And Zen Life Naturals may have kept kratom prices low because they’re still young. Therefore, you might get great kratom quality at a low price!
Payment, Shipping, and Return Options
1) Payment
Of all the vendors I’ve reviewed, I think Zen Life Naturals has the largest variety of payment options. The only problem? It doesn’t accept credit cards for now. But it promises to support them soon.
Right now, you can pay through an e-cheque, cryptocurrency, money order/cashier’s cheque, pay-at-local-pickup, cash-on-delivery, and several additional online options if these don’t work.
Payment through an e-cheque is the easiest method and the one that’s recommended by the company. Your information will remain safe because the website is SSL encrypted.
If you choose to pay through a money order/cashier’s cheque, you’ll have to mail in the cheque. Your order will get processed once your cheque gets cleared.
If you live around Tampa Bay, FL (which is where the company’s physical store is located), you can simply pay at pick-up.
With cash-on-delivery, you’ll have to pay an extra $13.50 because this is the amount the company pays to the shipping company UPS for the COD service. Please note no personal cheques or cash is allowed at COD, you’ll have to hand over a money order/cashier’s cheque.
Finally, if all these options don’t work for you (I doubt this will happen), simply choose the Mail-In option at the checkout. The company will contact you via email and guide you to their “secret” online payment methods!
2) Shipping
Currently, the company only ships within the USA. You get free shipping on orders greater than $100 and same-day shipping if you place your order before 12 PM EST.
The company doesn’t ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
Also not covered are the following cities/counties: Alton, IL, Columbus, MS, Denver, CO (Banned for human consumption), Jerseyville, IL, Oceanside & San Diego, CA, Sarasota County, FL, and Union County, MS.
Even if you live outside these locations, it’s always a great idea to check your local laws regarding kratom before ordering it online.
In certain states like New Hampshire, you have to be over 21 years of age to buy kratom. For these states, the company will verify your age through a website called AgeChecker.net.
At the check-out, you can choose USPS Priority Mail, UPS COD, or overnight shipping. USPS Priority Mail costs $7.96 and delivers your product within 3-5 days.
Overnight shipping costs $28.02 and ships your product within 1 business day. Finally, if you’ve chosen to pay through COD, the company will ship your product via UPS and it’ll cost you $28.97.
3) Return
You can get a refund or an exchange for a product within 30 days of purchase. You’ll have to ship the unopened, unused product back and the shipping cost will not be covered by the company.
If you receive a defective/damaged product or the wrong order, you can contact the company and they’ll make it right. This time, they’ll pay for the shipping-back cost too, if that’s required.
Rewards and Sale
The company runs a loyalty program. You can enroll in the program by registering on the website. Once you’re in, you’ll receive 1 zen point for each dollar you spend. And when you register, the company gives you 100 points, to begin with. Additionally, if you leave the company a review, you get 100 points.
100 zen points are equal to $5 and these can be redeemed at the checkout. They’ll be deducted from your order like coupons.
